Arrow Dodgeball: PvP

If you haven't heard of dodgeball before i suppose this is a good place to start. If there is another forum thread with dodgeball as the primary discussion at hand, feel free to close this Eden.

I've heard about 6 different people who don't know each other ask me to dodgeball with them and i have refused them all b/c i am a busy azzhole; however I am somewhat curious as to what the heck this game is and if its got complicated rules or if its just another version Dragon Arena.

The purpose of this thread is to discuss the "official" (If people all play by the same rules or what) rules of this game, how to play it (are there tactics?), and create a place where other dodgeball players can find other players. Who knows, maybe a lot more people might start playing dodgeball. I just am trying to help get the ball rolling and help people have fun cuz PvP can be stressful. Thanks!

Not aware of any particular rules. Just get a whole bunch of Me/Es with Shock, Lightning Orb, Windborne Speed, and Res Sig and go wild.

Oh, and drop their hp really low with sup runes.

It's basically the Dragon Arenas...but in gvg scrimmages instead.

Its basically Dragon Arena.
E/Me's or Me/E's with 5 sup runes (or is it 4?). Lightning Orb, Shock, Windborne Speed, Res sig. Feel free to throw in other skills, I have seen people add aftershock, leach signet, attunements, mantra of recovery.

I belive this was invented before Dragon Arena, and this is what A-net based Dragon Arena off.

Oright, dual attunes for spamspamspam also. Just invent some rules with whoever you're playing with.

Poorman's DA. I don't think I'd ever bother with it.

Tried it once, too many people who cheat for my liking. Also energy sucks.

It's basically a GvG scrimmage where you try to dodge lightning orbs. I'd think you'd want to be Me/E though for fast casting

ACtually good for training retards who don't know how to dodge.
Otherwise, just farm scrubs during DA and get bored enough for the wait till next time it comes around is fine.

Everyone in Dodgeball runs the same prof, same skills, same attribs. If you find people not following the rules, maybe you should play with people you trsut more.
